We found 13 agencies, plus ourselves, that sell AI SEO, GEO or AEO to Saudi businesses on a public page of their own website and have an office in the Kingdom or elsewhere in the Gulf. Scored on six things a buyer can check before the first call, Adjoltz scored 12 out of 12, PShift 9, Khatab Group 8, and Digital Wasfa and SEO Sherpa 7. Only one agency with a Saudi office publishes any prices of its own: GO-Globe, for SEO plans with AEO in the top plan.
A score measures what an agency tells you, not how good its work is. We are a Dubai agency with no Saudi office, and we are on this list, so the rules and every source are below.
How we built this list, and why you should still check it
We are an agency, and we are on this list. Adjoltz sells AI SEO from Dubai to Saudi clients. That is a conflict of interest, so here are the rules, written so you can check every row:
- Who gets in. Every agency we could verify on 22 October 2026 that sells AI SEO, GEO (generative engine optimization) or AEO (answer engine optimization) on a public page of its own website, and either has an office in Saudi Arabia, or has an office elsewhere in the Gulf and a page selling the service to Saudi businesses. We searched in Arabic and English, read directories and existing "best agency" lists, then checked each agency on its own site.
- What we record. Only what the agency publishes, read on the date shown, with the link in the sources. "Not published" means we could not find it. It does not mean it does not exist.
- How we order. By the six-check scorecard below, not by opinion. Adjoltz is scored by the same rules. If another agency scores higher, it ranks higher. Ties are listed alphabetically, except that Adjoltz goes below any agency it ties with.
- What we leave out. Opinions, ratings and anything negative that is not a plain fact. We have not hired these agencies and cannot judge their work.
Our bias, in plain words. We chose the six checks, and our site was built to pass them, so we score well. We have no office, staff or legal entity in Saudi Arabia, and AI SEO has been our main service only since October 2026. If a Riyadh or Jeddah team, years in the market or a big client list matter more to you, weigh them: on those, the agencies below beat us.
The scorecard
Each check scores 0, 1 or 2, from what the agency's website shows. Top score: 12.

What stands out: Arabic is strong (9 of the 13 other agencies have an Arabic site or Arabic AI page), but prices are almost never published. Only GO-Globe publishes Saudi prices, for SEO plans, with AEO in the top plan. Digital Wasfa publishes market ranges and says they are not its fixed prices. Only PShift and Adjoltz publish client numbers about AI answers or AI traffic.

- Red Berries (Dubai, redberries.ae): a Saudi GEO page; five AI tools; says it works across Arabic and English.
Not included, because they did not meet the rules on 22 October 2026: agencies that sell GEO to Saudi buyers from Egypt, India, Europe or elsewhere with no Gulf office; Saudi agencies that mention AI search only in a bullet point or a blog post with no service on offer; and names found only in directories whose own websites we could not load. If one of them is yours, send us the link.
Who writes the "best agency" lists in Saudi Arabia
In our audit of 22 October 2026, 23 of 26 "best AI SEO agency" lists for Dubai and other cities were written by an agency that ranked itself first, and Saudi and Arabic lists were nearly empty. For this page we found six more lists covering Saudi Arabia that rank their own publisher first, AppLabx's "Top 10 GEO agencies in Saudi Arabia", Web Tonic's Riyadh list, Pepper's Middle East GEO list, VOCTOS's Middle East list (VOCTOS says on the page that it chose the criteria), and two Arabic lists of Saudi marketing agencies by Graphica and Upper Medic, neither of which mentions GEO.
That matters because AI repeats these lists. Ask ChatGPT for "the best GEO agency in Riyadh" and it has few pages to pick from, so whoever published one has a head start. This page is also written by an agency. What we offer instead: rules anyone can apply, a score anyone can recompute, and a source for every fact.
What our study found AI relies on
On 21 October 2026 we asked an AI assistant with live web search 500 real UAE buyer questions, half in Arabic, and logged its 4,634 citations (full study). The study was about the UAE, but two findings matter directly for Saudi businesses:
Arabic answers are thinner and less stable, and they lean on whatever clear Arabic pages exist. A Saudi business with good Arabic pages naming its district and city has room to be named.
How to choose: a short checklist
- Ask for the exact question list it will track, in Arabic and English, and approve it before you pay.
- Ask for a day-one score with screenshots you keep.
- Ask which AI tools, how often, and from which country the questions are asked. A check run from abroad can see different answers.
- Open one Arabic page it wrote, view the source, and search for an Arabic word. If it is not in the page code, AI crawlers may not see it.
- Get the price, the minimum term, the exit rules and the invoicing country in writing. Your accountant will want to know about VAT and withholding tax on a supplier outside the Kingdom.
- Ask for one case with AI numbers, a client you can call, and what did not work.
Questions to ask any agency on this list, including us
- Which 20 to 60 Arabic and English questions will you track for us, and can we see them before we sign?
- Can you show us, live, what ChatGPT says in Arabic about your own agency?
- Who writes our Arabic pages, and are they written for Saudi readers or translated?
- What is the price per month, what is the minimum term, and how do we leave?
- What happens to our question list, answers and pages if we stop?
- Do you publish "best agency" lists, and do you rank yourselves first in them?

What we don't claim
We do not claim any agency here does better or worse work than another. We did not test their work, call their clients or see their reports. We claim only that their websites said what the table says on 22 October 2026. If an agency publishes more, its score goes up at the next check.
