Adjoltz ("we", "us") runs WhatsApp marketing for UAE brands from JVC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains, in plain English, what personal data we collect through adjoltz.com, why we collect it, where it lives and what you can ask us to do with it. We wrote it with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the "PDPL") in mind.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form on our homepage, we collect what you type: your name, company, work email, WhatsApp number and expected monthly message volume, plus anything you add in the message field.
When you visit the site, some technical data is recorded automatically:
- Your IP address, browser user agent and country, attached to form submissions by Cloudflare, the network our site runs on.
- Analytics cookies set through Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MK5MMCG3), which help us see which pages people visit and where they came from. This data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you personally.
That is the full list. We do not collect payment details, precise location or anything else through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your form details for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a quote for WhatsApp marketing. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use your data for anything unrelated to that, and we never sell it to anyone.
Where your data is stored
- Cloudflare KV — form submissions are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, the same platform that hosts this site.
- Resend — an email delivery service that sends each form submission to our inbox so we can reply.
- Cal.com — if you book a call on our booking page, the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time) are processed by our scheduling provider.
- Google — analytics data collected via Google Tag Manager is processed by Google under its own privacy terms.
These providers act as processors for us. We share your data with no one else, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties. Full stop.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we are talking to you and up to 24 months after our last contact, so we have context if you come back. After that we delete it. If you become a client, your data is kept for the length of our engagement plus whatever UAE law requires for business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time (see below).
Your rights
Under the PDPL you can ask us to:
- Access — tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct — fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete — erase your data from our systems and from our processors.
Email [email protected] with your request and we will act on it within 30 days. No forms, no fees.
WhatsApp messages sent through our service
Adjoltz sends WhatsApp campaigns on behalf of client brands using Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. Two principles apply to every message:
- Opt-in first. Our clients may only message people who have given consent to receive WhatsApp messages from them. We require this of every client and it is a condition of using Meta's API.
- Easy opt-out. If you receive a marketing message sent through Adjoltz and no longer want them, reply STOP. The brand must honour it, and our tooling records the opt-out so you are excluded from future broadcasts.
For those campaigns, the client brand is the controller of its customer list; Adjoltz processes that data only to run the campaigns the client instructs. If you have a question about how a specific brand got your number, contact that brand first, or email us and we will point you in the right direction.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are the analytics cookies loaded via Google Tag Manager described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Security
Data in transit to and from this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to stored submissions is limited to the people at Adjoltz who need it to reply to you.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be flagged clearly, not buried.
