AI SEO in San Antonio means getting your business named when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI which agent, restaurant, contractor or clinic to choose. In our study, AI named at least one business in 23 of 25 San Antonio answers, with 6.2 names per answer when it named any. The Spanish answers were where it went wrong: one question about skin clinics came back in Russian, describing four clinics in Mexico, and another drew on pages about San Antonio in Chile and Puerto Rico.
Adjoltz does this work remotely from Dubai, with traditional SEO included, from USD 1,249 a month, month to month. In the first 30 days, if AI does not name you for at least 3 commercial questions, or you are unhappy for any other reason, we refund 100% of what you paid.
What we asked AI about San Antonio
On 21 October 2026 we sent 500 real buyer questions to Claude with Anthropic's live web search tool, one call per question, word for word, and saved every answer and every source. 25 were about San Antonio: 5 each about real estate, restaurants, home services and car services, all in English, plus 5 about med spas and skin clinics in Spanish.
When AI named businesses, it named 6.2 on average, more than the study's 5.2, with long lists for property managers, roofers, HVAC companies and restaurants. Only 3% of the names were individual people.
Read this as a sample, not a verdict. 25 questions is a small number. They were asked once, on one day, to one assistant. Use them to see how AI builds its San Antonio answers, not to judge San Antonio against other cities. We do not rank cities, and the study page explains why.
Where AI got its San Antonio answers
The 25 answers listed 228 sources from 134 different websites:
| Type of source | San Antonio (228 sources) | All 500 answers (4,587 sources) |
|---|---|---|
| Directories, marketplaces and "best of" list sites | 32.0% | 37.3% |
| Businesses' own websites and other sites | 30.7% | 29.0% |
| Off-topic hosts (spam-style pages on unrelated sites) | 21.5% | 15.9% |
| News, city media and guides | 10.5% | 11.0% |
| Review platforms | 2.6% | 3.2% |
| Press releases and forums | 2.7% | 3.8% (with government sites and Wikipedia) |
City media built the restaurant answers. The San Antonio Current was cited 9 times in 3 restaurant answers. For "Cheap but good restaurants in San Antonio?", 8 of 9 sources were news and guides, 5 of them the Current. Hoodline (4) and Community Impact (2) also appeared.
The directories. Simplifyem supplied 8 of 9 sources for property management. HomeAdvisor was cited 5 times in 4 answers, Expertise.com 4, CarEdge 4 and HomeLight 3. Top Doctors Mexico supplied all 9 sources for one Spanish question.
The off-topic layer. 49 sources came from 29 unrelated websites, in 14 of 25 answers, and were most of the sources in 3: renting a car without a credit card (9 of 9), the Spanish lip filler price question (7 of 9) and low-commission agents (6 of 9). We don't name these sites, which are often victims of the spam.
Own websites. Local dealers and repair shops (BMW of San Antonio, a San Antonio auto repair site) and Partners Real Estate were cited several times each. Yelp was mentioned in 6 answers and cited in none.
San Antonio questions, and who AI named first
Five of the 25 questions, the business named first and what the answer was built on. Results from one run, not rankings or our recommendation. We did not check whether each business is licensed or still open.
| Question, as asked | Named first | What the answer was built on |
|---|---|---|
| "Cheap but good restaurants in San Antonio?" | Taqueria Datapoint | 8 of 9 sources were news and guides, 5 from the San Antonio Current |
| "Top property management company in San Antonio" | HomeRiver Group | 8 of 9 were directory pages; 11 firms named |
| "Best pest control company in San Antonio for roaches?" | Bulwark Exterminating | 6 of 9 were businesses' own sites |
| "Best place to rent a car in San Antonio without a credit card?" | Enterprise | All 9 were off-topic hosts |
| "Mejor dermatólogo en San Antonio que hable español" (best Spanish-speaking dermatologist) | An individual doctor at UT Health San Antonio | 7 of 9 were clinic and provider pages, including one clinic's Spanish page |
The English answer that named no one was "Which real estate agents in San Antonio charge a lower commission?". It found rates (discount agents at 1.5% to 2%, against a local average it gave as 2.9%) but only from marketplaces selling that service.
Spanish questions about San Antonio
The 5 Spanish questions were about med spas and skin: the best clinic for Botox, the cost of lip fillers, the best clinic for skin spots, the best Spanish-speaking dermatologist, and safe laser hair removal. 4 were answered in Spanish. The fifth came back in Russian.
By our hand count, 15 of the 46 sources were Spanish-language pages, but 9 came from Mexico and several more from Spain and Puerto Rico. Only a handful were about San Antonio, Texas. One was an Austin dermatology group's "¿Habla español?" page, and the answer named the group while noting its Spanish-speaking doctors were in Austin. The lip filler price question named no one; 7 of its 9 sources were off-topic pages.
What this means for a San Antonio business
- Write "San Antonio, Texas" on every page, in both languages. There is a San Antonio in Chile and one in Puerto Rico, and a Spanish search finds them. "San Antonio, Texas" in the title and the first line removes the doubt.
- Clinics: one page per treatment, with a price. The lip filler question named no one because no local clinic published a price. The Botox and dermatologist answers named clinics whose own pages said what they do.
- Restaurants: the San Antonio Current decides. It built the cheap-eats and Mexican food answers. Being in its next list matters more than anything on your own site.
- Home services: your own pages work here. The pest control answer took 6 of 9 sources from companies' own sites. A page per service and area, with what it costs, gets read.
- Agents and property managers: directory profiles. Simplifyem supplied the property management answer, which named 11 firms. HomeLight and Clever appeared in the agent answers. Make sure you are listed, correctly.
How we work with San Antonio clients from Dubai
- Remote, and mostly written. We have no office in San Antonio, or anywhere in the US. Adjoltz is a Dubai team (Adjoltz FZE, Ajman Free Zone licence 58339). Day to day we work on WhatsApp and email. The day-one review and the day-90 review are video calls.
- Time zones. San Antonio is on Central Time. Dubai is 9 hours ahead of San Antonio during US daylight saving time (the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November) and 10 hours ahead the rest of the year, because the UAE does not change its clocks. So 9am in San Antonio is 6pm in Dubai in summer and 7pm in winter. Our working hours barely overlap with yours, so most of the work runs in writing, and calls are booked at a time that suits both sides.
- English, not Spanish. We write in English, and in Arabic on Growth and Authority. We do not write or track Spanish pages. San Antonio's Spanish answers drifted to Mexico, Chile and Spain, so if your buyers ask in Spanish, a native Spanish writer is worth adding alongside us.
- Invoicing. Adjoltz FZE invoices in USD from the UAE.
- What we need from you. Access to your website, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile, your real prices, and one person who can approve pages quickly.
Plans and prices in USD
The same fixed prices we publish at adjoltz.com/us. Traditional SEO is included in every plan, and every plan tracks ChatGPT and Gemini (Google AI). Our study used Claude because it lists its sources; our plans track the two assistants most of your buyers use.
| AI Visibility Audit | Foundation | Growth | Authority | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price | USD 549, one time, 100% credited to month one if you sign within 30 days | USD 1,249 a month | USD 2,349 a month | USD 4,399 a month |
| Questions tracked | 30 buyer questions, 3 competitors | 25, one market and one language | 40 + 40 (English + Arabic) | 60 + 60 (English + Arabic) |
| Re-checks | One full check, ready in 10 working days | Monthly | Every 2 weeks | Weekly |
| Pages written or refreshed | A 90-day plan your team can follow | 100 a month | 200 a month | 300 a month |
| Outside mentions | Which websites AI trusts in your industry | Not included | Every 2 months | Every month |
Month to month, no lock-in, no setup fee. 10 to 15% off when you pay yearly. For a business that sells in English only, Foundation is the natural start. Growth and Authority add Arabic, which helps only if you sell to Arabic speakers. The free AI check costs nothing: 10 real buyer questions on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI, with the result on WhatsApp in about 10 minutes during Dubai working hours.
The guarantee, and what we don't promise
In the first 30 days of any plan, if ChatGPT, Gemini (Google AI) or Google's AI answers do not name you for at least 3 commercial questions on the list you approved, or you are unhappy for any other reason, we refund 100% of what you paid, in cash, within 7 working days. There is no lock-in after that. The full rules are on our guarantee page.
What we promise, in writing
- A fixed list of buyer questions you approve
- A day-one score, with screenshots
- Re-checks on your plan's schedule
- An honest monthly report, even when nothing moved
- A day-90 review where you decide what happens next
What we don't promise
- "You'll be first on ChatGPT." OpenAI says placement "is not guaranteed"
- Guaranteed Google rankings
- Paid spots on "best of" lists
- Fake reviews, or reviews paid for a good rating, which the FTC's 2024 rule bans
- Spanish pages. We don't write them
- An office in San Antonio, or a partnership with OpenAI, Google or Anthropic. We have none
