AI SEO in Denver means getting your business named when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI which agent, lawyer, plumber or school to choose. In our study, AI named at least one business in 23 of 25 Denver answers. Denver answers leaned on directories (48.5% of sources) and had few spam pages (7.0%). The local risk is the name: in 5 of the 25 answers, sources were about another place, such as Denver, North Carolina, Denver, Indiana, Denver, Iowa or Durango in Mexico, and once a company from the wrong Denver made the list.
Adjoltz does this work remotely from Dubai, with traditional SEO included, from USD 1,249 a month, month to month. In the first 30 days, if AI does not name you for at least 3 commercial questions, or you are unhappy for any other reason, we refund 100% of what you paid.
What we asked AI about Denver
On 21 October 2026 we sent 500 real buyer questions to Claude with Anthropic's live web search tool, one call per question, word for word, and saved every answer and every source. 25 were about Denver: 5 each about real estate, law firms, home services and car services, all in English, plus 5 about schools and childcare in Spanish.
When AI named businesses, it named 5.7 on average. 24% of the names were individual people, almost all lawyers and real estate agents, the two trades where people were named most across the study.
Read this as a sample, not a verdict. 25 questions is a small number. They were asked once, on one day, to one assistant. Use them to see how AI builds its Denver answers, not to judge Denver against other cities. We do not rank cities, and the study page explains why.
Where AI got its Denver answers
The 25 answers listed 229 sources from 115 different websites:
| Type of source | Denver (229 sources) | All 500 answers (4,587 sources) |
|---|---|---|
| Directories, marketplaces and "best of" list sites | 48.5% | 37.3% |
| Businesses' own websites and other sites | 26.2% | 29.0% |
| Review platforms | 8.3% | 3.2% |
| Off-topic hosts (spam-style pages on unrelated sites) | 7.0% | 15.9% |
| News, city media and guides | 5.7% | 11.0% |
| Forums, press releases and government sites | 4.3% | 3.8% (with Wikipedia) |
The directories. LawInfo was cited 14 times in 3 law answers, HomeLight 12 in 3 real estate answers, BiggerPockets 10 (all in the investor-agent answer), Avvo 9, Thumbtack 9 (in 4 answers) and Angi 5 (in 4). Two law answers, criminal defense reviews and startup lawyers, were built entirely on directory pages.
Review pages. 8.3% of sources, more than twice the study's share. Most came from one answer: for the best car wash, 8 of 10 sources were pages on Endorsal, a testimonial service, 7 of them for a single car wash. Google business pages supplied 4 sources for the tow truck question.
Own websites. One real estate agent's own site was cited 8 times in 3 answers, and a plumbing company's 7 times in 2. For "Emergency plumber in Denver?", 8 of 9 sources were companies' own sites.
Thin media, little spam. News was 5.7%: KRDO, WTOP, Westword, 5280, 9News and the Colorado Sun. Off-topic pages were 16 sources from 13 sites, in 9 answers, never the majority. Yelp was mentioned in 4 answers and cited in none.
Denver questions, and who AI named first
Five of the 25 questions, the business named first and what the answer was built on. Results from one run, not rankings or our recommendation. We did not check whether each business is licensed or still open.
| Question, as asked | Named first | What the answer was built on |
|---|---|---|
| "Emergency plumber in Denver?" | Roto-Rooter | 8 of 9 sources were companies' own sites |
| "Which car wash in Denver is the best?" | Waterway Carwash, a Colorado Sun readers' pick | 8 of 10 were testimonial pages, 7 of them for a different car wash |
| "Who is the best divorce lawyer in Denver?" | Price Family Law | 5 of 9 were directory pages; 10 firms and lawyers named |
| "Best carpet cleaning company in Denver?" | Zerorez Denver | Review pages, press releases, and one page for a company in Denver, North Carolina |
| "Mejor escuela privada en Denver" (best private school) | Kent Denver School | 5 of 9 were news and city magazine pages; 11 schools named |
Best carpet cleaning company in Denver?
Caveats: Heaven's Best and Winn's Pro in the results are not Denver, Colorado companies, since one is in Denver, NC and the other's source is promotional.
The other mix-ups: two real estate answers drew on an agent directory's page for Denver, Indiana, one also on a HomeLight page for Denver, North Carolina, a Spanish daycare answer on Winnie listings for Denver, Iowa, and a Spanish driving school answer on articles about Durango, Mexico. A startup lawyer answer used LawInfo pages for Byers, a small town in Colorado, and an English class answer used library pages from Fairfax County, Virginia.
Spanish questions about Denver
The 5 Spanish questions asked for the best daycare, English classes for adults, the best driving school, the best private school and the best math tutor. All 5 were answered in Spanish and all named between 2 and 11 schools or businesses.
By our hand count, 8 of the 45 sources were Spanish-language pages, and 4 of the 5 answers cited at least one. But several were about the wrong place: Winnie's Spanish page for Denver, Iowa, and a Mexican news site's pages about driving schools in Durango.

Varios resultados de Winnie corresponden a Denver, Iowa, no a Denver, Colorado, así que no son relevantes para tu búsqueda.
What this means for a Denver business
- Write "Denver, Colorado", and your neighborhood or suburb, everywhere. Denver is also a town in North Carolina, Indiana and Iowa, and the search found all three. City and state in every title, first line and profile.
- Lawyers and agents: the directories decide. LawInfo, Avvo, HomeLight and BiggerPockets built most of those answers, and a quarter of the names were people. Complete your profile and make it say which firm you belong to.
- Collect reviews on pages AI can read. A car wash with hundreds of testimonials on a public review page was described as having "the most consistent customer praise", though it was not the first name. Reviews that sit on a crawlable page get quoted.
- Trades: your own pages work. The emergency plumber answer came almost entirely from companies' own sites. A page per service, with hours and the areas you cover, gets read.
- Publish prices. Both Denver answers that named no one, deep cleaning costs and a tenant rights lawyer, found general ranges or directory listings but no local business stating its terms plainly.
- Schools and childcare: state ratings and referral lines. The Spanish daycare answer pointed parents to Colorado Shines ratings. Keep your rating and listing current.
How we work with Denver clients from Dubai
- Remote, and mostly written. We have no office in Denver, or anywhere in the US. Adjoltz is a Dubai team (Adjoltz FZE, Ajman Free Zone licence 58339). Day to day we work on WhatsApp and email. The day-one review and the day-90 review are video calls.
- Time zones. Denver is on Mountain Time. Dubai is 10 hours ahead of Denver during US daylight saving time (the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November) and 11 hours ahead the rest of the year, because the UAE does not change its clocks. So 9am in Denver is 7pm in Dubai in summer and 8pm in winter. Our working hours barely overlap with yours, so most of the work runs in writing, and calls are booked at a time that suits both sides.
- English, not Spanish. We write in English, and in Arabic on Growth and Authority. We do not write or track Spanish pages. Denver's Spanish answers had 8 Spanish pages among 45 sources, several about the wrong place, so if your buyers ask in Spanish, a native Spanish writer is worth adding alongside us.
- Invoicing. Adjoltz FZE invoices in USD from the UAE.
- What we need from you. Access to your website, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile, your real prices, and one person who can approve pages quickly.
Plans and prices in USD
The same fixed prices we publish at adjoltz.com/us. Traditional SEO is included in every plan, and every plan tracks ChatGPT and Gemini (Google AI). Our study used Claude because it lists its sources; our plans track the two assistants most of your buyers use.
| AI Visibility Audit | Foundation | Growth | Authority | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price | USD 549, one time, 100% credited to month one if you sign within 30 days | USD 1,249 a month | USD 2,349 a month | USD 4,399 a month |
| Questions tracked | 30 buyer questions, 3 competitors | 25, one market and one language | 40 + 40 (English + Arabic) | 60 + 60 (English + Arabic) |
| Re-checks | One full check, ready in 10 working days | Monthly | Every 2 weeks | Weekly |
| Pages written or refreshed | A 90-day plan your team can follow | 100 a month | 200 a month | 300 a month |
| Outside mentions | Which websites AI trusts in your industry | Not included | Every 2 months | Every month |
Month to month, no lock-in, no setup fee. 10 to 15% off when you pay yearly. For a business that sells in English only, Foundation is the natural start. Growth and Authority add Arabic, which helps only if you sell to Arabic speakers. The free AI check costs nothing: 10 real buyer questions on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI, with the result on WhatsApp in about 10 minutes during Dubai working hours.
The guarantee, and what we don't promise
In the first 30 days of any plan, if ChatGPT, Gemini (Google AI) or Google's AI answers do not name you for at least 3 commercial questions on the list you approved, or you are unhappy for any other reason, we refund 100% of what you paid, in cash, within 7 working days. There is no lock-in after that. The full rules are on our guarantee page.
What we promise, in writing
- A fixed list of buyer questions you approve
- A day-one score, with screenshots
- Re-checks on your plan's schedule
- An honest monthly report, even when nothing moved
- A day-90 review where you decide what happens next
What we don't promise
- "You'll be first on ChatGPT." OpenAI says placement "is not guaranteed"
- Guaranteed Google rankings
- Paid spots on "best of" lists
- Fake reviews, or reviews paid for a good rating, which the FTC's 2024 rule bans
- Spanish pages. We don't write them
- An office in Denver, or a partnership with OpenAI, Google or Anthropic. We have none
