WhatsApp automation for Dubai businesses
Chatbots, auto-replies, lead-qualification flows and triggered messages, running on Meta's official API. We build and manage all of it for you, in Arabic and English, and your team steps in only when a chat needs a human.
WhatsApp automation in Dubai, in one line: Adjoltz builds and runs chatbots, auto-replies, qualification flows and triggered messages for UAE businesses on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, in Arabic and English, with a shared inbox for human handoff. Plans run AED 199 / 499 / 899 per month and messages are billed at Meta's rate with zero markup. Most automated replies happen inside WhatsApp's free 24-hour service window, so they cost nothing to send.
The work WhatsApp can do while you sleep
Most WhatsApp conversations in Dubai are the same ten questions on repeat. Automation answers them instantly, around the clock, and saves your team for the conversations that actually need judgement.
Instant replies & FAQs
Menu, prices, opening hours, delivery zones, location pin: answered in seconds, in the customer's language. A restaurant that replies instantly at 9 PM takes the order a slower rival loses.
F&B · restaurants & cafésLead qualification
A flow asks budget, area, ready or off-plan, buy or rent, then routes serious enquiries to an agent with the answers attached. Portal leads get worked while they're still warm.
Real estate · brokers & agentsBooking & reminders
Patients book a slot in chat and get an automated reminder before the visit, with one-tap confirm or reschedule. Fewer empty chairs without a receptionist chasing anyone.
Clinics · dental, aesthetics, salonsOrder & delivery updates
Order confirmed, packed, out for delivery: sent automatically as utility messages the moment your store updates. Customers stop asking "where's my order?" because WhatsApp already told them.
E-commerce · Shopify & WooCommerceAbandoned-cart triggers
A shopper leaves at checkout and a template nudge follows on WhatsApp with a link back to their cart. It's one of the most direct recovery plays an online store can run in the UAE.
E-commerce · D2C brandsAfter-hours cover
Dubai runs late. When someone messages at 1 AM, the bot answers, books, or takes the details, and your team picks up the thread in the morning instead of finding a cold lead.

Automation first, humans when it matters
You don't build anything. You tell us what customers ask and what should happen next; we build, test and maintain the flows on your own verified number.
We build your flows
We set up your official WhatsApp Business account, get templates approved by Meta, and build your chatbots and flows in Arabic and English. The number and account stay yours.
Automation answers first
When a customer messages, a 24-hour service window opens and every automated reply inside it is free. The window resets each time they message again, so live back-and-forth costs nothing.
Your team takes over
The moment a conversation needs a person, it lands in a shared team inbox. Anyone on your team can assign it, tag it and reply from the same number the bot uses.
Two kinds of automated message
Replies inside the service window. Whenever a customer messages you, WhatsApp opens a 24-hour window in which your replies, human or automated, are free. Because most automation is exactly that, replying to an inbound message, a well-built FAQ or support bot runs at close to zero message cost.
Triggered template messages. To start a conversation yourself, say an appointment reminder, a delivery update or an abandoned-cart nudge, you send a Meta-approved template. Utility templates cost roughly AED 0.05 outside the window and are free inside it; marketing templates, like cart recovery, run about AED 0.16 each. And a Click-to-WhatsApp ad opens a 72-hour free window for any message category.
We design your automation to lean on the free window wherever possible, and to use the cheaper utility category whenever the message qualifies.
Why the official API is the only safe way
Plenty of tools sold in Dubai automate WhatsApp through the consumer app or unofficial gateways. They work until Meta notices, and then your number, with every customer chat in it, is gone.
| Official WhatsApp Business API | Unofficial bots & bulk senders | |
|---|---|---|
| Ban risk | Low, built on Meta's rules | High, numbers get blocked |
| Consent & templates | Opted-in contacts, Meta-approved templates | No approval, no consent trail |
| Reliability at scale | Meta's infrastructure; limits scale 1k → 10k → 100k → unlimited | Breaks when WhatsApp updates |
| Team inbox & handoff | Built in | One phone, one person |
| Your number if you leave | Yours, you own the WABA | Often already burned |
Official numbers carry a quality rating (High / Medium / Low) and messaging limits that grow with good sending behaviour. Clean, consented automation is how you scale; blasting is how you get banned.
Straight answer on who we are: Adjoltz is a new company, founded in 2026 and based in JVC, Dubai. We won't show you a wall of logos, because the things that matter don't need trust: it's Meta's official API, you own your number and WhatsApp Business Account, billing is month-to-month with no lock-in, and the 0% markup is checkable on your own Meta invoice.
Most automation runs on free messages
A WhatsApp chatbot has two price tags: the software and the messages. Here's both, with nothing hidden.
Rates are approximate, set by Meta and billed per delivered message (since July 2025); verify the current UAE rate card. Adjoltz passes them through at 0% markup, billed in AED.
The software side
Chatbots and flows are included as plan features, not sold as a paid add-on, so there's no separate "bot fee". Plans run AED 199 (Starter), AED 499 (Growth) and AED 899 (Business) per month; automation, flows, catalog and Click-to-WhatsApp ads sit on Growth and above. The difference between plans is seats and features, never message volume, because messages are passed through at Meta's cost on every plan.
That structure matters more than it looks: some platforms bundle a bot but add roughly 20% on every message, and others sell the chatbot as an add-on of around $80 a month on top of the plan. We've broken all of that down, with worked examples in AED, in our WhatsApp chatbot cost guide for the UAE.

WhatsApp automation in Dubai, asked and answered
Two layers: the software and the messages. With Adjoltz, chatbots and flows are included as plan features rather than a paid add-on, on plans of AED 199, 499 and 899 per month. Meta's per-message rate is passed through at 0% markup: roughly AED 0.16 per marketing message and AED 0.05 per utility message, while replies inside the open 24-hour service window are free. Rates are approximate and Meta-set, so verify the current rate card. Full breakdown in the chatbot cost guide.
Yes. We build chatbots, flows, templates and quick replies in both Arabic and English, so one number can serve Dubai's bilingual customer base. Billing is in AED with UAE data residency.
Yes, at any point. Conversations land in a shared team inbox where the automation answers first and hands over the moment a chat needs a person. Your team can assign, tag and reply from the same number, and replies inside the open 24-hour window stay free.
Not on the official API. We run automation on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform with opted-in contacts and Meta-approved templates, which is what keeps a number in good standing. It's unofficial bulk-sender tools that get numbers banned. Official numbers carry a quality rating and messaging limits that scale from 1,000 up to unlimited as your sending behaviour stays clean.
Typically days, not months. Going live needs a Meta Business account, business verification, a phone number that isn't active on the consumer WhatsApp app, and approved message templates. We handle all of that, then build your flows in Arabic and English.
No. Adjoltz is a managed service: you describe what customers ask and what should happen, and we build and maintain the flows for you. You own your WhatsApp number and WhatsApp Business Account, billing is month-to-month with no lock-in, and if you ever leave, everything stays yours. We were founded in 2026 and run on Meta's official API, so the 0% markup is checkable on your own Meta invoice.
