We send the invites

Every guest gets the invitation on WhatsApp from your own number, with the venue, the time and their personal QR.

02The QR
One per guest, no copies

Each code is tied to one name and one phone. Forwarded or screenshotted, it fails at the door.

03The door
Our scanner on the door

Our person scans every code at the ballroom door. Approved guest, in. Anyone else, a quiet word and a message to the family.

Official WhatsApp Business API, from your own number. Guests recognise who is writing. Nothing goes to anyone who is not on your list.

02Who tries to get in
