It has no app — you get it through a provider. Adjoltz handles the full setup for Dubai businesses — Meta verification, your number, approved templates and flows in Arabic and English — on Meta's official platform, billed in AED with 0% markup on messages, from AED 199/month. Most accounts go live in days.

The basics

What the WhatsApp Business API actually is

Three names get confused in Dubai — the app, the API, and a BSP. Here's the difference in plain terms, so you know what you're actually buying.

WhatsApp Business app

The free green app. One phone, one or two people, manual replies. Perfect for a small shop, but no automation, no team inbox and no bulk templates.

Free · single user

WhatsApp Business API

Meta's official platform for scale — chatbots, broadcasts to opted-in lists, many agents on one number, CRM and ad integrations. No app of its own; you reach it through a provider.

Official · built for business

A BSP / provider

A Business Solution Provider is a company Meta authorises to give you API access. Adjoltz sets you up on the official Cloud API and runs it for you — BSP-grade access, none of the technical lifting.

How to enable it in Dubai

From zero to a verified API number

Getting the API live means clearing Meta's requirements in the right order. We do all of it for you — here's what actually happens behind the scenes.

Meta Business & verification

We create or connect your Meta Business account and run business verification with your Dubai trade licence. This is what unlocks higher messaging limits and the official green badge.

Number & templates

We connect a phone number that isn't active on the consumer WhatsApp app, register it on the API, and submit your first message templates to Meta for approval in Arabic and English.

Flows, inbox, go live

We build your chatbots and broadcast flows, wire up the shared team inbox, and you go live. Most Dubai accounts are sending within days.

What you need to enable a WhatsApp Business account in Dubai

A registered business. A Dubai or wider-UAE trade licence to clear Meta's business verification. This is what most DIY attempts get stuck on; we handle the submission and the back-and-forth.

An eligible phone number. A number that isn't currently active on the free WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. It can be a new number or a cleared existing one — we advise on which, so you don't lose an existing chat history by accident.

Approved templates. To message customers first (reminders, order updates, offers), Meta must approve your templates. We write and submit them so they pass the first time, in both languages.

Prefer to understand every step yourself first? Our WhatsApp Business API UAE guide walks through the full process, and the API pricing guide breaks down the numbers.

The shortcut: instead of learning Meta's platform, filling verification forms and guessing at template rules, you hand it to Adjoltz. You keep ownership of the number and the WhatsApp Business Account; we do the setup and the ongoing work.

You get the same official access a technical team would build — without hiring one.

Official API, not grey-route tools

Why only the official API is safe

Plenty of tools sold in Dubai promise cheap WhatsApp blasting through the consumer app or unofficial gateways. They work until Meta notices — then your number, with every customer chat in it, is gone.

Official numbers carry a quality rating (High / Medium / Low) and messaging limits that grow with good sending behaviour. Clean, consented messaging is how you scale; blasting is how you get banned.

Straight answer on who we are: Adjoltz is a new company, founded in 2026 and based in JVC, Dubai. We won't show you a wall of logos, because the things that matter don't need trust: it's Meta's official API, you own your number and WhatsApp Business Account, billing is month-to-month with no lock-in, and the 0% markup is checkable on your own Meta invoice.

WhatsApp Business API pricing in Dubai

What it actually costs

API pricing has two parts: the platform you run it on, and Meta's per-message charge. Here's both, in AED, with nothing hidden.

Service repliesFreeinside the 24-hour customer window
Utility~AED 0.05reminders, order & delivery updates
Marketing~AED 0.16promotions & broadcasts, per delivered message

Rates are approximate, set by Meta and billed per delivered message (since July 2025); verify the current UAE rate card. Adjoltz passes them through at 0% markup, billed in AED.

The platform side

Adjoltz plans run AED 199 (Starter), AED 499 (Growth) and AED 899 (Business) per month. The difference between plans is seats and features — never message volume — because every message is passed through at Meta's cost on every plan.

That matters more than it looks in the UAE, an expensive WhatsApp market where marketing messages run roughly twice the US rate. Many providers add around 15–20% on top of every message; at volume that surcharge dwarfs the subscription. A 0%-markup provider is usually cheaper in total cost. See the full breakdown in our WhatsApp marketing cost guide and API pricing guide.

WhatsApp Business API in Dubai, asked and answered

The free WhatsApp Business app runs on one phone for one or two people. The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official platform for businesses that need automation, multiple agents on one number, bulk template broadcasts and integrations. It has no app of its own — you access it through a provider (a BSP) or a managed service like Adjoltz. Full detail in the API setup guide.

You need a Meta Business account, business verification with your trade licence, and a phone number that isn't active on the consumer WhatsApp app, then Meta-approved templates. Adjoltz handles the whole setup — verification, connecting your number, template approval and building your flows in Arabic and English. Most accounts go live in days.

A BSP (Business Solution Provider) is a company authorised by Meta to give businesses access to the WhatsApp Business API. Adjoltz sets your account up on the official Cloud API and manages it for you as a done-for-you service, so you get BSP-grade access without operating a technical dashboard yourself.

Two parts: the platform and the messages. Adjoltz plans are AED 199, 499 and 899 per month. Meta's per-message rate is passed through at 0% markup — roughly AED 0.16 per marketing message and AED 0.05 per utility message, and replies inside the open 24-hour service window are free. See the API pricing guide.

No. With Adjoltz it's a managed service — no code, no dashboard to run. You keep ownership of your number and WhatsApp Business Account, billing is month-to-month with no lock-in, and everything stays yours if you leave. We were founded in 2026 and run on Meta's official API, so the 0% markup is checkable on your own Meta invoice.

Yes. We build templates, chatbots and quick replies in both Arabic and English so a single number serves Dubai's bilingual customers. Billing is in AED with UAE data residency.
