We send the invites

Every attendee gets a WhatsApp invite from your own number, with the details and their personal QR attached.

02The QR
One per guest, no copies

Each code is tied to one name and one phone. Forwarded or screenshotted, it fails at the door.

03The door
Our scanner on the door

Our person scans every code at the entrance. Approved name, in. Anything else, a polite no and a note to you.

Official WhatsApp Business API, from your own number. Guests recognise who is writing. Nothing goes to anyone who is not on your list.

02Who tries to get in

The four people who always turn up without an invite.

The influencer with a followingA following is not an invitation. No name on the list, no QR, no entry, however many people are watching.
The friend of a friend"I'm with them." No name on the list, no entry. The host decides, not the door.
The forwarded QRA screenshot of someone else's code scans as already used, or as nobody. Either way it stops.
